End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA governs your use of Victor Apps. By downloading, installing, or using our products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Restrictions

Updates & Upgrades

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Victor Apps. Rights end automatically if you violate these terms.

No Warranty

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranty. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use our apps, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of your country of residence, or by California law if you reside in the United States.
